The Origin Thesis
A maison doesn't ship the imperfect version. Every material, every seam, every gram of weight is deliberate, because the client notices what the house didn't bother to fix. Sovereign principals read software the same way a creative director reads a garment: they see the seams first.
That discipline, removing before adding, restraint as a design principle, transfers directly to sovereign AI. A head of state, a family office, a central bank does not want the AI company with the most features. They want the one that knows which nine things to leave out so the tenth actually holds under pressure. That is the thesis this firm is built on.
